CloudRadial Integration: Sync Companies, Contacts, and Devices Automatically

Update

Coming in IT Portal 4.6.27 · Q3 2026

CloudRadial, now a first-class integration

If you run your client-facing experience on CloudRadial, your companies, sites, contacts, devices, and service items already live there. Until now, getting that data into IT Portal meant maintaining it twice. This release connects the two directly.

Admins can link IT Portal straight to CloudRadial — the popular MSP customer-portal platform — and from then on all of your managed companies, sites, contacts, devices, agreements, and configurations flow into the Portal automatically. Run the import on demand whenever you want a refresh, or let it ride the same nightly scheduled sync that already keeps Office 365 and Intune up to date.

CloudRadial Your account Companies Sites Contacts Devices Agreements The Portal Always up to date

Connect once — an automatic nightly sync keeps it all current.

Setup in four steps

The whole thing is designed to be quick to stand up:

  1. In CloudRadial, go to Partner → Settings → API integration and generate a Public and Private key.
  2. In IT Portal, go to Integrations → PSAs → CloudRadial, pick your region — US, EU, or AU — paste in your keys, and hit Test to confirm the connection.
  3. Configure how the data maps across: companies, sites, contacts, devices, agreements, and service items.
  4. Run the import once, then let nightly sync take over from there.

After the first run, you don't have to think about it. The scheduled sync picks up changes every night automatically, the same way your other integrations already do.

You choose what imports

You're not forced into an all-or-nothing sync. Browse your CloudRadial companies, filter down to exactly the ones you want, and import them in a single click — bring in your whole book of business or just a handful. While a run is in flight, live import progress shows you the sync working in real time rather than leaving you to wonder whether it's still going.

Built around how you work

You control the details. Set a default contact type, decide how inactive companies and sites are handled, and map your device types so every record lands exactly where it should. Every option saves the moment you change it, so there's nothing to remember to click.

Try it before you connect a live account

You don't need a live CloudRadial tenant to kick the tires. A built-in Demo mode ships with the integration: type Demo into both key fields and the Portal loads a fully pre-populated sample environment — realistic companies, users, and devices — so you can walk through the mapping screens and a full import end to end before pointing it at production.

Everything in one connection

One link to CloudRadial keeps all of this current in the Portal:

  • Companies, sites, contacts, devices, and agreements synced automatically
  • Selective import — pick exactly which companies come across
  • Live import progress during every run
  • Nightly automation through the existing scheduled sync

Availability

The CloudRadial integration ships with IT Portal 4.6.27, scheduled for Q3 2026. Once it lands, connecting your CloudRadial data is a few minutes of setup followed by sync that runs itself.
