The IT Portal team announced a new partnership with Microsoft through their 365 Cloud Storage Partner Program. This integration allows users to view and edit Office documents directly within the IT Portal without downloading files locally.
Key Features
Document Editing Capabilities
Users can now access online editors to work with Word documents and other Office files. Note that editing requires enterprise 365 licensing.

Availability
For Current IT Portal Partners
Enterprise or yearly subscription holders get automatic access. Those on other plans should contact [email protected] for details. Additional information is available in the knowledge base article on Microsoft 365 Editor.
For New Users
Prospective customers can visit the IT Portal website to sign up for yearly subscriptions. Starting March 1st, access requires running the Enterprise Portal.
