IT Portal is releasing a comprehensive update introducing multiple RMM integrations, enhanced synchronization capabilities, and improved documentation tools for managed service providers.
Key Features
Integration Expansions
The update adds support for several remote monitoring platforms. ConnectWise Manage now includes 2-Way Sync functionality, enabling bidirectional data flow. New integrations extend to NinjaRMM, Atera, and ConnectWise Automate (Labtech), with N-Able support announced as forthcoming.
Documentation & Management Tools
A new scoreboard feature provides visibility into documentation progress. Companies can now be stored as templates to streamline setup for new clients. Configuration import capabilities allow direct data capture from network hardware or Kiwi CatTools.
Security & Mobile Enhancements
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) support has been added to the mobile app through Portal Auth. PassPortal integration now includes two-factor authentication capabilities.
Editor Improvements
The content editor supports enhanced copy-paste functionality for Microsoft Office materials, including embedded images.
Pricing Updates
New single-user Standard and Pro plan options are now available.
Rollout Schedule
Deployment occurs regionally over two weeks (April 25 - May 4), starting with on-premise systems and progressing through cloud regions.
