Cloud Infrastructure Upgrade

The company is transitioning to a managed service provider (MSP) tier, allowing the internal team to focus on product development while the MSP handles infrastructure management.

Mobile Support

A mobile application is in development to improve information accessibility for mobile users.

The following features rolled out to cloud customers via the beta portal and on-premise users through updates:

  • Google Authenticator Support - Two-factor authentication for enhanced security
  • Company Knowledge Bases - Dedicated KB areas for each company
  • Enhanced Device List Fields - More detailed device information
  • Company Groups in Synopsis View - Better organization of company data
  • Expandable Menu Interface - Improved navigation
  • Autotask Configuration Importing - Easy migration from Autotask
  • IP Network Fields - Enhanced network documentation
  • Document Folders - Better document organization
  • Image Galleries - Visual asset management
  • Data Export Functionality - Export data for departing customers
  • Branding Customization - Custom branding options
  • User Restrictions - Granular access controls

Note: Google Authenticator support for on-premise users is scheduled for Monday rollout.

Pricing Update

A new pricing structure takes effect November 1st, 2015, affecting new customers only. Existing customers will continue with their current pricing.
